All Yahoo Accounts Hacked in 2013

If you had a Yahoo account in 2013, it was hacked.

The data breach was previously reported by the tech giant as affecting one billion, or one-third of all account holders. But the company’s new owner as of June, Verizon, discovered it was actually 100 percent of all Yahoo accounts, totalling three billion users.

Yahoo says only user IDs and emails were acquired by the hackers. Passwords or banking and payment information were not accessed in the breach. Yahoo says it plans to notify individual account holders about the incident.
