The results are in! According to the Gallup-Healthways State of American Well-Being 2016 Community Rankings, if you are living in Naples, or Immokalee-Marco Island, Florida, you are the happiest and the healthiest of United States citizens.
This is the second year in a row that these communities in Florida have taken home the number one position.
189 cities are ranked on a report that takes social ties, community, sense of purpose, and financial security into consideration. Health and well-being are the top factors being measured.
Barnstable Town, Massachusetts came in second place, followed by Santa Cruz-Watsonville, California. Several high well-being cities come from California, Colorado, and Texas.
